Exeter, Devonshire, England. NEHGR 147:154 (quoting TAG 17:71-74)says he
was of Crewkerne, Somersetshire. Other references had him of Pitminster,
Somersetshire.

366; Dorchester town officer, 21 January 1632/3 (Dorch. Town Record 1).
! DEATH:20 Jul 1673 (ae 88) Windsor, Hartford, CT., bd. 21 Jul 1673, Windsor.
W.d. 31 Jan 1671, codicils dated 14 Nov 1672 and 18 Dec 1672. In recording
death of Wm., Barbour calls his wife "Mary". All other sources that name his
wife, call her Sara _______.
