Elizabeth Evans & Nelson Stoyell Hollingshead had seven children from 1862 to 1882. Elizabeth Evans fifteen years old Welsh Immigrant girl came to work and care for the household of the Nelson Stoyell Hollingshead family. When at seventeen Nelson Stoyell Hollingshead a worthy L.D.S. Church member asked her to become his pluralwife, he was 37 years old at this time and at the same time Nelson was married to Mehetable (Heta) Thornton his first wife. Nelson and Elizabeth were married at the Salt Lake Endowment house by President Brigram Young, 29 June 1861.

Elizabeth married Nelson Stoyell Hollingshead, son of Thomas William Hollingshead and Aurelia Matthews, on 29 Jun 1861 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake , UT.
